Sterling Law Building

Image
This is one of the main staircases in the Sterling Law Building. It is the primary building of Yale Law School. It was constructed in the years 1929 to 1931, and is built in  the Collegiate Gothic style and is designed by James Gamble Rogers. 🏛💭 Just some of the many portraits found on the walls of this spectacular building.  These can be found on the sides of the staircases. They represent people of importance both within and without Yale. There is a plethora of such paintings all over the building. 🖌🖼 These are stained windows in the building. The  stained glass medallions focus on "symbols of law and justice." These are the main characters in the legal field and dramas (ie. judges, lawyers, defendants, etc.), famous legal figures from cultures around the world (eg. King Solomon ), and famous legal scholars, some of whom attended Yale Law School.  🎐

Yale landmarks🕋

The place is literally bursting with greenery! The college building stands tall, surrounded by a huge expanse of lush, green grass. It's like a little paradise in the middle of campus! The trees are massive and leafy, offering shade and a refreshing breeze. ☘️🌿🏫 This is a picture of The man with the shiny toe, a landmark one can say if Yale University. My friends and I were exploring the campuses of the university and passed in front of it. I didn’t know what it was but they quickly explained it to me. I found it fascinating how only one small part of the statue remained golden. 🏆✨ On a sunny Friday afternoon we went to the library to catch up with all our coursework. It was huge. We had never seen a library this big. I guess I understand now the reason behind it being so famous. Filled with books, one can only say it is breathtaking. 📚📖

First days at Yale

This is a picture at the heart of New Haven. It is taken just infringe of the bookstore and the bench where handsome Dan is. Handsome Dan is the esteemed live bulldog mascot of Yale University, representing the school's athletic prowess. Lighting up the night sky, the Fourth of July fireworks burst into a breathtaking spectacle, something that most international students like me have never celebrated before. The gathering of friends, families, and communities to witness this breathtaking celebration, their faces glowing with sheer wonder and delight. The Fourth of July fireworks are a testament to the joyous spirit of this special occasion, filling the air with a sense of collective excitement and appreciation. This photo captures Grace Hopper College at Yale University. It's surrounded by a ton of greenery, giving it such a refreshing vibe. The college's buildings stand out against the lush, well-kept lawns, tall trees, and beautiful gardens. It's such a peaceful and
